Yoga helps to heal us

I saw this in New Scientist this week - I love it when the ancient practices like Yoga can be finally validated by science - it's a great sign that the world is moving in a unified and positive way.
Yoga and Meditation can help decrease Inflammation. It is thought that inflammation is the root of all disease.
Recent advances mean it’s now easier to study patterns of gene activity inside cells and there is growing evidence that show through developing a mindfulness practice we can increase our immunity and reduce inflammation.
