A workshop take you through a sequence of postures to help recalibrate your energy. You'll be guided to use Essential Oils aromatically and on Acupoints to support the process. Expect some standing postures, some grounded Yin, Meditation and deep relaxation. You'll receive your own personal collection of Oils to use in the Workshop and to take home for your self care.
